About Cinfluence

I did not come from marketing. I came from business.

I started in retail as a teenager, running my own buying and reselling operation before most people my age had held a job. By 16, I owned and operated a store. I learned the mechanics of business early and by doing them directly: sourcing, margins, customer behaviour, what makes people buy, what makes them come back, and what makes one brand feel worth paying for while another is ignored.

That foundation did not stay in one industry. Over the years I worked across retail and e-commerce, food and hospitality, and financial services, sitting inside businesses as an operator, understanding what a P&L looks like when marketing is not working, and building an instinct for what moves people from "I have seen this brand" to "I trust this enough to spend money here."

I moved into content creation and social media strategically, not accidentally. The skills I had built across industries, understanding audiences, positioning products, reading what makes a business believable and buyable, translated directly. I managed social platforms, directed content, sourced and managed creators, built brand systems, and ran campaigns across industries and audience types. I learned what actually builds trust online and what merely fills a feed.

Cinfluence exists because of what I kept seeing. Service businesses and practitioners with genuine expertise and real results were showing up online in a way that did not reflect what they actually delivered. Not because they did not care. Because content, without strategy and without someone who understands how business actually works, produces noise rather than authority.

I built Cinfluence to fix that. Not by posting more. By building a system — strategy, positioning, content, and execution — that makes expertise visible and trust inevitable.

The fact that I understand what it takes to run and grow a business across multiple industries and at multiple stages is not incidental to this work. It is what makes the strategy worth having. I know what a full calendar means to a clinic owner. I know what an inbound lead means to a consultant who has been doing cold outreach for months. I know what it costs a practitioner to have a brand that does not reflect their actual standard.

When you work with Cinfluence, you work with me. The strategy is mine. The creative direction is mine. The standard I hold the work to is the same standard I would hold my own business to. That is not the standard you get everywhere. At Cinfluence, it is the only way we work.

Studio Philosophy

How I think about content,
and why it matters.

"Strategy before production."
Nothing is created without a clear purpose. Every engagement begins with discovery and positioning — understanding your business, your audience, and your competitive landscape — before a single piece of content is planned. The strategy is what makes the content worth producing. Without it, you are just filling a calendar.
"Authority over activity."
The goal is never posting for posting's sake. The goal is a body of work that positions you as the credible, obvious choice in your category. Activity is easy to measure. Authority is what actually changes business outcomes. Every piece of content should be doing one of two things: building the brand or bringing in the client.
"Intentional over impulsive."
Quality beats volume. Considered beats reactive. Content that compounds over time beats content that chases the trend of the week and disappears in 48 hours. Cinfluence clients build a body of work that earns trust consistently — not a feed of moments that no one remembers.
On AI

AI is infrastructure,
not a shortcut.

Cinfluence uses AI as an embedded part of every engagement — for research, audience intelligence, content framework development, ideation, workflow optimisation, and content repurposing.

It makes the work faster, smarter, and more consistent. But it does not replace strategic thinking, creative judgment, or the editorial standard that every piece of client content is held to. Human intelligence leads. AI accelerates. The client gets both.

This is not a future capability. It is part of every engagement, built into the process from day one.

Brand Principles

What I stand for.

Honesty Over Flattery

I will tell you what I think — including when a direction will not serve you. The goal is always a brand that grows with substance, not content that flatters in the short term and disappears. Honest assessment is part of the service, not a risk of it.

Depth Over Volume

Cinfluence maintains a deliberately small client roster so every brand receives the attention it deserves. When you are a Cinfluence client, your work is never deprioritised for someone else's. Depth is not a constraint of the model. It is the model.

Outcomes Over Output

The measure of success is never how much content was produced. It is what that content did for the business. Inbound leads. Qualified inquiries. Clients who arrive already trusting you. Those are the outcomes that matter. Everything else is a means to them.

Premium Without Pretension

Cinfluence operates at a premium standard, but it is not inaccessible. The boutique model exists to give serious service businesses real strategy and real attention — not to gatekeep it. If you are ready to do the work, we are ready to do it with you.
